These pancakes are so yummy! I am a diabetic and you can have three of them with a 1/4 cup sugar free syrup and eat less than 40 carbs. Even my kids love them.

Belgian Waffles,

I've been using the whole wheat mix for years. Most of the time I use it to make waffles in my Belgian Waffle maker. I usually throw something extra in like pecans, blueberries, or chocolate chips. They are very good and light.
