This is absolutely the cutest plush baby penguin ever! It will not disappoint you. The face is so adorable that you don't know whether to laugh or cry. Totally precious and highly recommended.

I got this stuffed penguin for my girlfriend and had it delivered to her house. It earned me some points with her, and it was as "cute" as I thought it would be.

This plush penguin is over my expectations! It's not only looks like a real baby penguin - it's also like what we EXPECT a baby penguin to be! As soon as possible I'd like to obtain the rest of its family :)

Fuzzy and adorable, this is a great gift for anyone who loves penguins or just small, cute animals. I gave this to my friend as an Xmas gift and she loved it! Seriously consider this if you need a quick gift for any loved one or otherwise who loves penguins because this is perfect and sweet - it's hard not to love - i almost wanted to keep this adorable creature to myself :)

The picture does not do this little fellow justice. It's the softest, cuddliest thing I have ever seen. I love to just pick him up. Although it seems to be very well constructed, I do not know that I would give it to a child who may "tear him up". I'm 61 years old and I get very attacted to things that are this cute, but please don't let my review sway you from buying this. He is just so, so adorable. If I didn't need to start downsizing my house, I would probably consider the whole clan of penguins offered if they were all this cute. Should you purchase this, you will not be sorry! Just remember, you will not be able to put him down. And if you are buying it as a gift, plan on buying two - one for you and one for whomever.

It says it's 8 inches, but it's closer to 7. The eyes are kind of weird looking in person, but the toy is very soft, and I still think it's cute.

The stuffed penguin toy is very cute, but falls 1" short of the 8" height it clams to be (typical penguin behavior - they think they can get away with anything). This wasn't a problem for me, but if your heart is set on 8" of snugly baby emperor penguin you might not be happy.

My wife got this for her niece when she was 2. She loved it and never let it go for nearly a year. Its still in good condition and she plays with it. Good to have for all kids. of ages 2/3.

After the release of March of the Penguins, a friend of mine went on a total penguin craze, so I sought to buy her a birthday gift related to the matter. This plushie was absolutely perfect for the job - adorable and very soft.

Just a note, the arms (wings?) of the plushie on mine do not rest at its sides, but instead are up at an angle about 80 degrees up from the sides. This is not a negative (it's still just as cute, it looks like it's trying to fly) but it's worth knowing that this is a possibility.
