My daughter got this for her birthday. She really likes it a lot. It's very cute, and it's incredibly soft. It's one of the softest plush toys I've encountered. We all really like this one a lot!

First off, I got mine from Amazon. This thing does NOT look like the picture at all. While, the materials are definitely the same, the patch work has gone to the gutter. The eyes are not aligned correctly so the dog looks cross-eyed. The front legs are longer than the back legs, which reduces the cuteness. The face on mine is frowning instead of begging. It looks like they either outsourced the handiwork or cut production costs, because their quality has drastically declined. I bought the panda plush at the same time, and it as well has the same problems--uneven shapes, sad faces, obvious seams. I would not even want this stuff given to me, so how do you expect me to give them away as presents? I will no longer purchase products from Aurora again.

This Aurora plush toy is adorable, the face looks exactly like my Maltese. It stands on it's own just like the picture. I ordered through Amazon, not a seller, and it is PERFECT. I honestly don't know what L.Smith is talking about...this dog came new & factory packed with it's Aurora Babies tags!

This Aurora 12" standing Maltese puppy dog is beautiful. It was a flawless transaction and arrived ahead of schedule and in perfict condition. I have a Maltese and this pup looks a lot like my Tinkerbell only she does not stink or demand attention. HA! I am very pleased with this Aurora Plush toy!

Have bought two of these so far. one for my sis one for my gal.. and both of em were well made. all that extra fur hides its stitches and makes it look all the more real and life like! Its eyes are beautiful.. if not for the plastic nose you would mistake it for a real pup at first glance.

I love this toy, it is so cute and very soft. She (or he) is so cute to have and hold. I love holding it during a movie, and maybe even a scary movie!!!

If you want one, get one, you won't regret it.

Yes, it's me...and yes, the subject of this review is a plush toy puppy! Not very 'blokey' of me you say? Well if you're the father of a 19 year old daughter, some things simply have to take precedence over ones machismo, and this adorable little Maltese from Aurora is one of them!
Lets start with the good points. He's cute as a button...well, he IS. He doesn't shed, or bark in the middle of the night, or chew on my speaker wires, or need to be walked, or fed. And NEVER needs to be cleaned up after, which is by no means a minor point!
Now, on to the bad points...well...there aren't any!
So if you have a daughter, grand daughter or niece who has been making "I want a puppy" noises, this will buy you some precious time before having to capitulate. In my case, it bought me an entire two year reprieve...and that's what I call a bargain!
So go on...buy one!

Okay this thing does not look anything at all like the picture. I bought this as a gift and I'm almost embarrassed to give it. It was received extremely smushed and ratty looking. On top of all that the shipping and handling was pretty expensive in my opnion bringing the overal cost of this tiny little 12" toy to way more than I think it is worth. I had to give it a bit of a hair cut and move around the toys stuffing for it to even closely resemble this picture and you know what even after all that it still looks nothing like it. I have to forwarn others that if you are not picky and don't care if it looks like the picture than go ahead an buy this but don't expect it to look as cute as it does in the picture.

This puppy is so cute and soft to the touch. Would buy it again as a present or anyone else.

I bought this toy dog for a small child and was impressed by the quality and feel of the toy. In fact, it was so cute I could have bought one for myself. Only issue was the vendor took five days from receipt of my order to ship it. Still, if you want a really cute gift for a child, this is great.
