I know another reviewer didn't like it as much...but this is my positive review!
I used the whole line (conditioner, shampoo & 3 minute miracle) starting with the conditioner as my prepoo followed by the shampoo to cleanse followed by the 3 minute miracle to deep condition and my hair has never felt better!! Even as I washed out the shampoo my hair was soooo soft and I was able to run my fingers right through my hair which I must mention both the conditioners and shampoo have excellent slip! The deciding point for me was when I rinsed out and left my hair to dry because sometimes products work well while washing but as soon as I rinse out and dry so does my hair until I put something else on it. Well not with this line, my hair remained soft while drying and I was extremely pleased! Aussie Moist is my new hair friend!!
Until I found out that Aussie Moist, who is owned by Proctor & Gamble, performs cruel testing on animals- mainly bunnies. The rabbits have their eyes clamped open, and chemicals are dropped into their eyes causing bleeding, blindness, burning, and severe discomfort. After testing, all of the animals are killed. From www.humansociety.org:
'Q: What animal tests are carried out to test cosmetics?
A: Although they are not required by law, several tests are commonly performed by exposing mice, rats, rabbits and guinea pigs to cosmetics ingredients. This can include:
-skin and eye irritation tests where chemicals are rubbed onto the shaved skin or dripped into the eyes of restrained rabbits without any pain relief
-repeated force-feeding studies lasting weeks or months to look for signs of general illness or specific health hazards such as cancer or birth defects; and
-widely condemned "lethal dose" tests, in which animals are forced to swallow large amounts of a test chemical to determine the dose that causes death.
At the end of a test the animals are killed, normally by asphyxiation, neck-breaking, or decapitation. Pain relief is not provided. In the United States, a large percentage of the animals used in such testing (such as laboratory-bred rats and mice) are not counted in official statistics and receive no protection under the Animal Welfare Act.'

I have very sensitive scalp and skin so down the years i have had some disasters with hair care chemical combinations in some products on the market,so i have to be careful in what i use.
This product is excellent,i can use it frequently and have never had any discomfort or adverse reaction.
The best results for me with this are obtained by soaking my hair completely, massaging the conditioner into the strands and scalp then towel wrapping for 5 to 7 minutes before showering it out on a low temp water setting,if the water is too hot it will melt and wash out the conditioner coating the hair and scalp before it`s absorbed thus i would get next to no benefit.
In these days of chemical combinations and additions it`s great to find a product i can use for its purpose without adverse reaction to it.
*I test any product with a dab on the inside surface my forearm beforehand to see if i have any reaction in advance of using it.
