Austin Healthmate Jr. Plus
I like its simple design and low maintenence. Although I read several reviews that said it was too noisy, it doesn't keep our one year old son awake at night and it runs on high only four feet away from his crib.

Works well in the office
This item has had no problems however other versions of the Austin Air Purifier that I have purchased have been lemons, but I didn't know it at the time. Be careful when buying this item as if it fails after a month Amazon.com cannot help you.

This unit has been doing a good job removing heavy smoke odor. Doesn't eliminate all as product discription states but does a pretty decent job. With smoker out of the apartment for a few days it actually cleared almost all trace of smoke in the air. I would would buy it again.
