I had a good experience with ear acupuncture a few years ago for weight loss, but it was expensive. And eventually I put the weight back on. I decided to try the ear magnets to see if I could get some affect to help with cravings. The magnets seemed to work OK, but I may have just been experiencing a placebo affect. Not sure. But I will use them again to make sure I'm hitting on all cylinders. :)Also, you'll need an ear chart to help you figure out where to put them. I was able to apply them myself without too much hassle. You can keep them on for typically 5-6 days before they naturally fall off due to showering and the like. I even swam with them on!
