Love these boots! Well made and comfortable. No good for use in snow/wet weather outside due to staining of the suede, consider waterproofing. They do run a bit small in length but not cramped, width is fine. Half sizes, do yourself a favor and order up. I also bought a pair for my 11yo son, he loves them. He wears them every day as slippers around the house.

I have problems finding boots that will fit my size 11 (womens) feet so after trying many many different boots, I decided to take the plunge and try these out. I am not a huge fan of the 'look' of these types of boots but I keep hearing people saying such things at 'I dont like the way they look yet I never take them off my feet' so I decided it was worth a shot. I have been won over. My feet are surrounded by warmth that never gets too hot and supreme squishy-ness. Buy these, your feet will thank you!

They are a good pair of boots overall. Quality is not perfect though and I wouldn't pay full price for them. I think size runs true since I tried a larger size and it was too big. They are snug at first but after wearing them a few times they loosen up as the fur molds around your feet. Also, my wife has the more popular and expensive brand of sheepskin boots and the fur in them seems to be denser and softer than in these boots. I'm a surfer and I wear them frequently, except when I have to walk a long distance. Walking in them for long distances gets your feet sweaty and they slip around in the boot. I use them for winter time around the house and for before and after surfing. They are the warmest, most comfortable shoes I own.


Update: It's been a year now and I'm still very happy with them. They are doing great. I use them almost every day to keep my feet warm around the house. I don't wear them much outside because I want them to last a long time and, once they mold to your feet the fit gets a little sloppy.


Update 12/10: Still a great pair of boots. They are still in great condition and I expect them to last many years. No quality problems at all!

i got a men's 7 (i'm a strict womens 8.5) and they are a teeny bit too big, but i still like them very much. they are super warm (i'm in minnesota!)! i got a great price so EVEN BETTER!!!

I purchased the chocolate Stingers as a gift for a man - he loves them! Really keep feet toasty in cold weather (he has yet to try them in the summer). The sizes are confusing, however - that's why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. He normally wears a 12.5 and based on the other reviews, I ordered him a 12, thinking that they will run big. Those were too small. We returned them for a 13. Those are a bit too big, but he loves them anyway. He likes to wear them without socks. The color is great. I just wished they made half sizes.
And for those of you who are confused about the sheepskin versus the suede/wool: The sheepskin, like these, are made from one piece, which includes the wool on the inside, and the outside is a softer skin than the suede. In the suede shoes, the wool is actually sewn to the back of the skin. And the sheepskin are more comfortable, but the others are still really comfortable (I have them in the women's). It's the difference between a Rolls Royce and a Mercedes (Mercedes is still super comfy, but the Rolls is luxurious).

I ordered my normal size, and while the length of the boot seems normal, the upper part of the boot doesn't fit snug at all, and the lower seems a bit sloppy.

That said, these are incredibly warm. I use them in the house, and probably will remain, as I don't want to be 'one of those guys'. Although up until now I always ripped on them, now I just understand how warm and toasty they keep your feet. Man up (or..is that down) and buy a pair of these, you won't regret it.

I feel like I am walking out of my house in bedroom slippers. Very comfortable and my feet don't sweat!

I bought these for myself and a pair for my son for Christmas. I figured I could at least use them for slippers in the winter. I wore them today to shovel snow , the temperature was in the teens and these kept my feet toasty warm. I didn't even wear socks with them and they keep my feet dry and warm. I will still use my sorels when working in deep snow, but for going out in cold weather, just slip these on and your ready to go.

These boots feel great on my feet, they are comfortable, soft and warm- they still look a little dorky, but the comfort is worth being a fashion don't! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a pair of boots they can throw on and feel like they are walking around in slippers!!

I didn't want to pay the huge price for a pair of UGG boots, and these Emu Stingers work just as well. Warm and comfortable, and at less than half the cost.
