My son will be covering Australia in 3rd Grade and I wanted to get some outside books to help. This one was easy for him to read with its large print. He thought this book was too babyish for him (and I would agree) but it would be great for younger kids.

The book is filled with more photos then print. A sample page would be, "Munch! Munch! This koala is eating the leaves of a eucalyptus tree." It provided basic information only. The last page contained additional reading sources and one website. The best part of this book were the maps provided.
