I purchased this text from Amazon. They were quick to despatch this textbook and arrived much earlier than the anticipated shipping period to reach Australia.This is a paperback as I selected this text.

Amazon's prices are very competitive and I would check it with them to compare prices from other sources to ensure that they are not only less than other suppliers but the all inclusive price including shipping total to the same as others. Others like the Book Depository supply texts free post by Royal airmail, but still check all of them including Amazon before you purchase your text.
