Not only does this book have some excellent Seafood recipes, there is more, It is printed on really thick Butchers paper making it completly durable, which is a must with how often it gets used at my house.

This book is the best on regional seafood among those that I have read.In addition to the recipes it contains valuable information on buying, preseving and cooking techniques. I consider it as a must for everybody interested in Italian and also the Mediterranean seafood.

This book is one of the best I have read in the recent years. I hope that the author will not contain himself to Italy but instead discover and write the complete Mediterranean seafood kitchen.If any assistance is needed, I am ready.
