4.0 out of 5 stars Pointing out that the style is correct...
Now I have to say that the other review is very unfair. Art nouveau paintings are very monotone, usually using similar shades throughout the entire image. This is what you see here, and it is true to the style. Many of the images tend to be very plain, but I would use it as an example source for creating new nouveau inspired borders.

Full color? I hardly think so. It seems that the borders that this book contains are 1.) limited to approx. three different colors per each, 2.) extremely odd [an example: it has one which contains a creepy cat with fangs] and almost completely useless, and 3.) all similar in design.

I do not recommend this book. Period. There are so many better ones out there I urge...
