Soul comfort about one of life's stages...,

Betty Clare Moffatt is a wise and comforting voice to this 52-year-old reader who is searching to find meaning, purpose and soul contentment in these post-child years. Her writing is beautiful and transcendant. And her life struggles and the wisdom that she has gathered because of them were inspiring and deeply comforting to bask in. For me, reassurances from an older woman to a younger one that life can always be beautiful and miraculous, no matter what age we are.

Beatiful words that touch the heart of a woman,

Since I seem to be doing my own "soulwork" of late, this book caught my eye. The short essays are beautifully written and have brought me to tears and laughter with their stories. Ms Moffatt has touched the reality of being a woman "of an age". Much of what she describes has also happened to me, and she tells it in such a delightful way. I highly recommend it.
