I am so happy I finally spent the money on this garage door seal! After replacing my garage door's gasket a few times and still having water stream in under heavy rains, I finally noticed that my garage floor wasn't parallel with my door's bottom.

The Park Smart Garage Door Seal worked like a charm. It was cheaper here than at other sites and came in about four business days (regular delivery).

It was easy to install (and I am by no means a confident DIYer) and during the next heavy rainstorm, not a drop nor a trickle of water came in -- the floor was bone dry.

This is totally worth the money!

The Park Smart Garage Door Seal which came with liquid nails fixed the problem we had with water getting into the garage whenever there was a heavy rain. An inexpensive solution to a problem that had caused problems for many years.

after owning this product over a full year with a full winter of use, I would still recommend. the glue has held up and no discoloration at all up to this point.

YEARS we dealt with water coming into the garage during heavy rains. After installing the Tsunami Seal over a month ago not a drop has passed into the garage. Installation was straightforward and simple. Such a relief to have this problem solved.

The directions were simple and easy to understand. The installation went as planned. The pre-cleaning was a breeze. It is important to clean with alcohol before applying the Liquid Nails. The kit was complete including a caulk gun!

I was having a problem with rain getting under my garage door. I installed the Tsunami Seal a few weeks back and haven't had any water get into my garage.

I had problems with water seeping in under my garage door anytime it rained or snowed so I thought this ought to solve my problem. For the most part it did but at the same time pulling a wet car in...the water can't get out either. I've had it installed for about 2 years now, the liquid nail provided with has now began breaking loose. Overall I'm pleased with the results of its purpose and structure but when it comes completely off I'll reattach it with a stronger bonding agent as well as hammer drill anchors in about every two feet.

Installation was easy, taking less than 2 hours. We have had 3 rain storms since I installed the door seals and no water infiltration. I would recommend this product.

I bouhgt the 16'ft gray tsunamy seal, threshold kit, item 51016 for @ 80 dollars. when I follow all the instructions that came with it.when i try to put the glue that is the liquid nail. this was already dry. it was so hard to squeeze the glue out the tubes,the gun was worse it already came damage. that when i finished the 16'ft and try to set the seal it was already dry. then i have to scrape all this glue from the floor and the seal. that's not right to send this tubes already damage to a customer.all the time i waisted for this people no body is going to giveit back. to finish i have to go to home depot and buy two (2) new and in excellent condition liquid nail tubes. so my experience with thisAuto Care Products Inc 53016 16-Feet Tsunami Seal Garage Door Threshold Seal Kit, Black company is NOT a good one.

Everyone laughed at me when I said I was going to get this. After one too many heavy storms blew water right under my garage door, I had enough. It was amazingly simple to install, and it works. No more water when the northeast winds blow.
