I got this charger to keep my sansa charged while riding my Goldwing. When ever I plug the charger into the sansa and try to play music across the onboard aux input I get a terrible eletical noise. Unplug the charger and it goes away. The charger will charge the Sansa just not happy I can't charge and listen at the same time.

I don't know how it charges because I can't play music and charge. All I can hear is a thump..thump..thump noise. Definitely useless unless you just want to charge your Sansa in the car.

Bought for a great price. Plugged into Ford Focus and then into Sansa FUZE, but music stopped and only heard buzzing noise through speakers. Good for when you don't need to actually LISTEN to the music, but I would stick to charging it at home before you leave. Red indicator light on product, and batter-charge icon appears on mp3 player so you know when it's done charging. Emergency-only type of product here.

Worked for a few weeks then stopped for no reason. Does not contain fuse.

I wish it plugged into the gadget that plays the MP3 player through my car speakers. I have to recharge without listening.

Surprising to get at such price. I got it on time and works as advertised. I am pleased to bought it to charge in my car.

I think it put out too much current, the mp3 player will no longer charge.

I replaced my battery after using this cord and problem still occurred.

My whole review can be summed up in my title ... Not as fast at charging as using my wall outlet which seems really fast, but faster for sure than charging through the USB on my computer.

Does a nice job for the price so that is why I recommend this. If you travel a lot and you might not have access readily to a wall outlet or USB this would be a good option. You CANNOT listen to the device as it is charging though if you are using it through your cars sound system via MP3 jack.

After reading some reviews, I assumed it would have that annoying little hum while plugged in and playing music, but, to my surprise, no hum. Great little product! Buy it!

This is a fantastic car charger it is compatible with the original e200 series AND the Fuze series.

I've been using the same unit for two years now! The only problem I ever had with it was it came apart once but what happened was the electrical contacts became unscrewed during all the use--after reattaching the contacts it was good as new!

I have NO idea what people are talking about regarding that you can't listen to music or anything while it is charging. That is B.S. It ALWAYS works for me and lets me listen to music at the same time.

And the only time my old Sansa e260 and my current 8gb Sansa Fuze ever had the electrical static noise was during boot up with the charger plugged in. Not only was it BARELY NOTICEABLE, but it goes away everytime you play music.

This is a fantastic charger at an even better price. HIGHLY recommended for all Sansa e200 series and Sansa Fuze series mp3 players!
