Works fine, but it's THICK
This gauge measures boost...and it does that well. The tubing is kind of cheap, but does the job. It's hard nylon, so it won't bend much without breaking/folding. It connects to 3.5-4mm vacuum hose with a T-fitting. The gauge seems accurate...I expected 5psi and got 5psi. It is pretty thick, though...meaning deep. I have an Autometer A-pillar...

In this video I am reviewing 2 products I purchased at Amazon.com. I installed them both on my 1994 Ford Lightning with a Powerdyne BD-11A supercharger. The boost gauge is of high quality. The install instructions are very simple and straight forward. Only about 5 steps till it is fully installed. It maybe took me about 30 minutes to install it including drilling the hole in the firewall. It mounts sturdy, works as described, and is perfect for what I need.

Basically I'm happy with this purchase but at the moment I placed the order the store said it was in atock so I assumed they would ship the product right away and it did not happen like that. I had to wait more thatn 3 days to see some movement on the tracking number. But just that, everything was ok

Assume!
The kit came with everything I needed. The lamp was a little brighter than the rest of my gauges so I added a 6 volt zener diode ½ watt and a 120 ohm 1watt resistor and it was perfect. |
