This review is from: AutoCAD 2004 for Architecture (Autocad for Architecture) (Paperback)
Although this book is decent for beginners and lose who haven't used the program for awhile, the intermediate or advanced users might mot find this book helpful.
The book deals with oblique and isometric drawings, yet the book does not cover 3D drawing whatsoever. To quote the author "Figure 21.1 shows an example of a 3D drawing created using AutoCAD and a third party software program. Although these drawings are both beautiful and very useful, how they are created will not be discussed in this text." -AutoCAD 2004 for Architecture, page 738.
The book is also effective at laying out the step by step process for commands, yet the graphic layout leaves something to be desired. A bulleted list would be much more user-friendly than to have the steps listed sequentially in a paragraph, separated by commas.
