No One can paraphrase H.I.M. and It is a Good thing that Man can scrutinize for himself the expressions of Haile Selassie I.

This Book Helps Greatly if the reader wishes to reference african/ethiopian history without the white-man bias. Hail Negusa Negast!!! All Rasta should own this book. All those who seek to know about Haile Selassie I and have comment should first scrutinize this book and meditate.
