yes, la verdad era that Maria Elea Moyano was a true revolutionary for the people of Peru.
Not the Anglo but everyone else who does not have representation after 500 years of neo-spanish rule.
Yes, it is true, Moyano set a a standard to what we should expect and what we should demand.
Let no one before or after dictate what this intellectual sacrificed for the people.
