I really enjoyed it especially notes from the author.
I was hoping for more 'breakfast' recipes.

The book was listed under auto immune paleo and really the recipes in it over half are not within that specification however the recipes look awsome for simple clean eatingPublished 10 months ago by tina whiting
This is a very nice book. It has large font, lots of pics and is easy to stand up in a book stand
next to the stove while I am cooking!
A lot of pineapple in the recipes and high sugar fruits which if you have an autoimmune disease you should avoid along with pork...there was quite a bit of bacon in the recipes.Published 11 months ago by DollyKaiser
