Amazon Verified Purchase
Product did not work, flooded the surrounding floor of the christmas tree twice. Followed directions to a T, not sure why the product did not work. Tree consequently died while we were on vacation. Also the "box" that it is inm which looks really nice on the picture, is really flimsy and cheap.

Admittedly this product had some issues with overflowing inconsistently, so don't fail to keep an eye on it for the first couple days once you install. However, when I called the company they were very responsive and mailed out a replacement valve asap. Within a few days I had the new valve and it worked like a charm! The days of crawling under the tree to water every night are over!

I bought one of these last year and it worked wonderfully. So I thought that this year I would buy one for my daughter. Great product and I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as me.

Poor fit
I never got a chance to use it as intended because the water measuring device is so big that it wont fit inside the tree satnd with the tree. Frustrating. Read more

over flow
YES it works but twice the shut off valve failed to 'shut off' and over filled the tree stand by gallons of water mixed with tree sap onto my floor. Read more

Years ago, we had a plastic Santa boot that you filled with water, and it had a hose that ran to the tree, all you did was make sure the hose stayed submerged. Read more

Ruined floor
