Looks great. Don't get me wrong, we love great design and the green color is "in" but we returned it. Very weak power and not functional. We went with function over form and got a "unicorn magnum pepper grinder". Doesn't look as "cool" but is absolutely the best you can buy. Get and keep inside your cupboard!

I have spent so much money on pepper grinders in the past years only to be disappointed. We just got a bright red Bodem automatic grinder for Christmas and we love it! It is easy to use at the table, but more importantly you only need one hand to use it when you are cooking and want to add freshly ground pepper. This a a great pepper grinder!

I liked the look of this grinder. We had been using an old push button battery operated grinder that I had glued back together after dropping... very ugly. We have the red version and use it for pepper. So I'm satisfied with how it looks and how it works. Very convenient to just tip and it turns on - no pushing of a button. It works well when you put new batteries in but it sucks the life out of them very very quickly compared to our old ugly. Uses 6 triple A's.
So tall it is a little top heavy, easy to tip over. Refilling pepper corns and replacing batteries is easy, no tools involved, just screw off. A pretty solid little machine, just wish it didn't go through batteries so quickly.

But performs poorly. The unit needs batteries which have to be changed often. Not worth the expense. Get a good old fashioned pepper grinder so you don't find yourself without any power to grind peppercorns.
