My computer couldn't accesss the Rebit when I first installed it.E-mailed Rebit support,they responded quickly.Had to re-format the drive and download and re-install the Rebit software.Works great now.Very happy with Rebit's on-line support.

Kindof thought they forgot to include instruction manual when I opened box, but quickly discovered theres no need for one. You just plug it in, and agree to the license screen and it starts working. I don't leave mine plugged in all the time, but it always reminds me if its been longer than 5 days.
