I returned this product. The concept is great and the 30 seconds it worked was great, too. The design flaw is in the battery compartment. The description says to use 4 AA batteries, but the battery compartment is way too deep for such a small battery. I had to use a pair of tweezers to push down on the metal spring and then carefully insert the battery -- took many, many trys. The end result was the battery was sitting in mid-air which I feel is the real issue. When you start to use the unit, being plastic, it shakes a little bit . . . the mild shaking causes the mid-air battery to dislodge from its metal contact. In hind sight and in fairness to this review, I should have tried using C size batteries as that's how deep the battery compartment was, but the Amazon description said to use AA size. By the way, there were no instructions with the unit which is why I had to look it up again on Amazon for the specs. In my opinion, the battery instructions online were incorrect or the manufacturer has a design flaw. In the end, I received a quick, full refund from Amazon and will now continue my search for another card shuffler.

Was very disappointed. Only 1 side would work of the Automatic 4 Deck Card Shuffler which meant the cards were never shuffled. It wasn't worth returning as I would have had to pay for postage.

We play card every week for a couple of hours and the older players are having a hard time shuffling. This does the trick. We are glad we got the four deck shuffler because we had the two deck shuffler before and the four deck seems to shuffle two decks better.
