((3 3/4") 8k RPM) Auto Meter's Original Monster size tachometers feature an air core meter movement and advanced electronic circuitry that provide accuracy and fast action response. The 5 dial face provides maximum readability and adjustable red line shift marker helps maintain proper shift points. A rubber lined shock mounting strap absorbs the rough pounding and vibrations in sportsman racing. The mounting base can be put in a variety of places including the roll cage, steering column, or on top of the dash. The 3911 Sport-Comp Silver tachometer with Shift-Lite(TM) includes Auto Meter's Dial-In-Exactness. This feature utilizes the tachometer's fluorescent red pointer to indicate the chosen shift RPM. By depressing the Push to Display button the shift point RPM is indicated by the tach pointer. Then, by turning the Shift-Set knob, the pointer sweeps up or down until the preferred RPM's selected. This Sport-Comp mini tachometer is made with rugged air core meter movement for quick accurate response. With proven performance and reliability it fits into tight areas and matches the popular silver look of the Ultra-Lite(TM) series.
