I've hunted high and low, and this is my second favorite all-around cookie decorating book. My favorite is "Cookie Craft" by Peterson & Fryer. Anyway...this book is VERY extensive, practical and inspiring. There's something for all levels: beginning, intermediate and advanced cookie decorators. The contents includes: Baking Tools, Decorating Tools & Extras, Recipes, Successful Cut-outs, Ceramic Molds, Candy & Cookie Molds, Thinned Cookie Dough Techniques, Run (or flood) Sugar Glaze Techniques, Painted Run Sugar Glaze, Dusting Powders, Egg Wash Glaze, Candy Dipped Cookies, Candy Coated Cookies, Buttercream Iced Cookies, Fondant Molded & Fondant Cut-out Cookies, Giant Cookies, Cookie Pops and Bouquets, Ornaments & Gingerbread Garlands, Gingerbread Houses & Decorations, and various miscellaneous techniques and projects. I haven't make any cookies but when I recieve the book I didn't like at all ,the images are not good looking are so bright but I haven't make anything so I don't now if the recepies are good or bad.
