I first heard this in a Starbucks and wondered at first if is Autumn Leaves and soon realized it was, but a somewhat different take on it. I realized I had to find out who the singer was, because it was bringing tears to my eyes. Well I forgot to look it up and three weeks later at the same Starbucks, I heard it again. The same result - tears. So that's how I came to discover Eva Cassidy. I purchased the MP3 right then. I've listened to it several times every day since. It is pure aesthetics, beauty, emotion - a work of art by a true artist.

This artist is top of the heap and it's so unfortunate her life was cut short at 33. This may well be my fav of Eva's but I'm not even sure of that. Fields of Gold is amazing too, as is Over the Rainbow and many others.
