Melody Carlson has written around 200 books for teens, women and children. That's a lot of books, but mostly she considers herself a "storyteller." Her books range from serious issues like schizophrenia (Finding Alice) to lighter topics like house-flipping (A Mile in My Flip-Flops) but most of the inspiration behind her fiction comes right out of real life. Her young adult novels (Diary of a Teenage Girl, TrueColors etc.) appeal to teenage girls around the world. Her annual Christmas novellas become more popular each year. She's won a number of awards (including the Rita and Gold Medallion) and some of her books have been optioned for film/TV. Now that I've read this book... I can't wait for #4 of this series! Melody Carlson captures the reader's attention with suspense and understanding in AUTUMN SECRETS. THE ALLISON CHRONICLES are the best books that I have ever read!

I think "Autumn Secrets" is a reallly nice book. It's also really touching, and it's sort of a mysteryious book! I think anyone the age of 12 and over should read it. It's one of my favorite sequels, and I need to find the rest of them!!!!

What happens to Andrew and James! And Grace , Heather and Allison! They can't be dead. When is the next book coming out? What will it be called? Are they dead, injured or missing?This is one of my favorite series.But it always ends in suspense. Would some body tell me what is going to happen? I'll be waiting for the next book.
