Herman Taube speaks for those who cannot,
By A Customer
This review is from: Autumn Travels Devious Paths: Poetry & Prose (Hardcover)
Herman Taube recounts Holocaust events witnessed and suffered by those who experienced the most terrifying period of world history. This collective work of prose and poetry brings the reader into the scenes of horror and terror. His writing is more than words on paper; it emits emotions that the Jewish people were forced to hide and repress in order to survive the horrendous episodes well documented in history. Mr. Taube speaks for those who cannot, those that survived and those that did not. He has the unique ability to put the reader in the shoes of the victim, to suffer the panic and trepidation.
