My hands are always cracked and dry from sterilizing my hands so often at work. This stuff has moisturizers which works miracles. It sterilizes and doesn't leave your hands feeling sticky like some of the other brands.

When working in a hospital it is imperative that one uses a hand sanitizer after each patient contact (at minimum). Since I tend to have dry skin it has always been a challenge to keep my hands from cracking especially during winter months; dozens of squirts of sanitizers each day left me with severe redness and cracking that lotions could not abate (my hands always looked like a cat had ravaged them). Since the hospital I work at switched to Avagard D, my hands have not been chapped or cracked at all. In fact, my hands are much more supple and smooth than ever before. Other products say they have moisturizers, but they are virtually ineffective for me. Avagard D's moisturizers truly moisturize skin while providing excellent germ control. I was happy to find that I could purchase it for home use at Amazon.com. Now my whole family uses it, and we have never been softer or healthier!
