Does what it should. I keep my charger and wireless mouse in top pocket. The smell is a little off putting at first but I didn't buy it to smell it. Had my laptop 2 years now and its been in this case since the beginning. Taken it everywhere and my computer still looks brand new because of this case.

It works very well tohold my mini disk drive, mouse and power cord. Great protection.
