Brugh has helped me and my life in uncountable ways. This book is for anyone who wants to awaken and grow. Still is current after all these years. For the spiritual seeker.

Avalanche
I just started reading it and so far it is very interesting. The seller said it was unmarked, but there are several pages that are highlighted. The cover page was torn out. Otherwise it is in fair condition.

I was given this book by a friend after having visions on her table. I read it cover to cover beginning about 7p non-stop until 7a. The book covers powerful and unusual personal experiences that may contribute to you. And it also contains mundane chapters describing exercises and how to's for forms and varieties of meditation alone and in couples or groups.
