I ordered this item based on the picture shown on Amazon.com and the Avalon Air site but what I got does match that picture at all. The picture shows a chin strap that covers the full chin and some of the neck. What I got is a strap that covers only the tip of the chin, not at all what is shown on Amazon.com and avalonaire.com. I'm mad as hell. This shacks my faith in the integrity of Amazon.
