I bought this watch for a friend's birthday, she absolutely loved it, it is a lot more detailed and beautiful than the pictures show, I will be purchasing another one of these watches for myself at which time I can give a more detailed review on the function and staying power and such like, but just looking at it I know I'm going to love mine too, like I said the pictures don't do it justice. Oh and the shipping time was VERY quick too which is nice, comes nicely wrapped in a box and in a soft little bag inside, it's a perfect gift right out of the shipping box, again the lady who I bought it for just LOVE LOVE LOVED it, and it's not a tiny dainty ladies watch though, it's a nice large easy to read fun watch. When I checked back with my friend she says the watch is keeping perfect time, better than most battery watches I've had, it's a great gift watch and I bought myself one too. It's a great mechanical watch because you can SEE the spring you are winding with the exposed gears so you can't over wind it unless you are REALLY trying to, it's sturdy and has survived a few falls onto concrete with no adverse effects. there isn't a picture of the back but it has some beautiful flowers and scroll work, easy to read AND use, I would recommend this watch to anyone!!!
