Lemon is just one of my all-time favorite "clean" scents--and since I don't like using traditional antiperspirants (we're supposed to sweat!) I needed something that neutralizes and overpowers my sweat, in a good way. This is just great. I tried Crystal natural deodorant, but had no luck. It may be safe to use but it works about the same as using nothing. But Avalon works well & lasts a long time too, probably a good 6-8 hours. I don't mind reapplying it either, since I like the scent.
