This talking watch was a xmas gift for my husband who is losing his vision. When we received the watch it did not talk so we sent it back and asked for a replacement. Wow, what wonderful service we received. I had no receipt just the printed shipping label that I sent with it. We received a replacement within 5 days. Also, a personal e-mail from the vendor. My husband just loves his watch! Thank you WatchValues!!

This watch was relatively easy to set.The voice was clearer than many.A lady's voice, without any unusual "inflection"!Unfortunately, mine was faulty.It continually reset itself to 2002 when time button was depressed. Customer care e-mail included in box does not work.Phone number they sent did work.After listening to fault over phone offered replacement or refund.RECEIVED FULL REFUND after return.Decided I probably got what I paid for.IT WOULD BE 5***** if it had worked.
