I received my order from HPB almost immeciately, on the second day.
Unfortunately, the product was defective, and I notified the seller.
I received immediate response next day, with a full refund, no questions asked.
Their service was superb!

The product is supposed to contain software for Drive Copy, but it didn't. There was a disk labeled as such but it did not have the program on it.

I ordered this overnight air so I could migrate from an old small hard drive to a bigger new hard drive. I contacted the tech support and got an automated message that they would response in 2 days or more. Not much...

I ordered this overnight air so I could migrate from an old small hard drive to a bigger new hard drive. I contacted the tech support and got an automated message that they would response in 2 days or more. Not much help in my situation.

After much frustration I did find, Acronis Migration Free Trial download. It does the job for free! So I am returning the failed product. Maybe the software does work, but their CD manufacture sure must awful.
