These forms contain extensive help sections, as well as the ability to submit your file electronically to the IRS--and a copy to the recipient--immediately, in a one-step process. There's a built-in database to track and record your filings--which cost only $3.49 per filing, with the first 12 filings for free. Each submitted form includes electronic filing of data to the federal government; e-mail confirmation, including a printable PDF file for state and local filing requirements; an account database, from which you can access past filing information; and a paper copy of each W-2 or 1099 form that has been filed, mailed to the employee/recipient via first-class mail.

This product allows my business to easily file my W2 and 1099misc forms.It also directs me to online resourses that does the same thing,without using paper forms.It is simple to use.

Do yourself a favor and buy the Adams one from Staples. These people are too paranoid about unprovided serial numbers .. It also will not work after 12 15 01. If you like being on hold, buy it.
