This is the perfect companion for MS Money I downloaded the trial version and before a week I was sure this was program i was looking for. It sincronizes perfectly, you don't have to import transactions, delete files in order to match it with your hand held, it's all done in during the Hot Sync. If you have MS Money this is the companion to go with if you don't have time to spare.

This program is awesome - it synchs with Microsoft Money effortlessly and flawlessly. Enter it in either Microsoft Money or Ultrasoft Money and they update each other with a hotsynch. No making backup files, no manual exporting or importing. Never has keeping up my checkbook been easier. Set up is a breeze - on the first hotsynch, all categories and accounts, balances, payees, etc are downloaded into Ultrasoft Money and away you go! This program has made owning a PDA all that it could be when it comes to managing finances.

Pocket Money requires Export or Import by downloading. That is very poor way of updating MS Money. With Ultra Soft you merely use HotSyn and synchronize in cradle. Much easier than with Pocket Money.
