I have used multiple pieces of exercise equipment over the past 15 years and can only say one thing - GET A CARDIOGYM!!
It is the only piece of equipment in the world that lets you do a complete body workout in under 30 minutes and gives amazing results. On top of all that I can then fold it up to save space and move it around on it's wheels if necessary. I've lost 13 kilos since using my Cardiogym and now feel better than ever!! |
