I bought this microwave for my 91 y/o mother who has never had/wanted a microwave. She recently had stopped cooking hot meals on the stove and I wanted a microwave for her so she could easily have hot meals again or be able to warm foods brought to her. She does not like anything technical or difficult to use/understand. Also she had limited space for a microwave.

This microwave was perfect. It is small, attractive,well made ~ yet very basic with dials to turn rather than confusing digital push button pads. It has been very easy for her to learn to use and does a great job of cooking microwave meals, reheating food, and popping popcorn.

Door hanging off to one side, Control panel coming loose, arm for rotating tray broken. Bad Bad shipping. I am so annoyed. It seems like this took forever to get here - got one of those "delayed at warehouse" messages. and now I have to start all over again. WTF do I pay for prime if the stuff isn't going to get here in 2 days and/or is going to be broken when it arrives.

Replacement arrived. In great shape. Oven works perfectly for my mom (she has dementia). Only one dial she has to deal with (she never adjusts the power level)and it is like a wind-up kitchen timer. Small and easy for her. Phew!!

stroing enough for rehaeter people. it is good also for most micro dinner4s. nice size atnd strentgth for 800 w.
