the gaming mouse came exactly when they said it would. it moves flawlessly and can incorporate many macros with games.

This is a great gaming mouse. Feels good, very responsive. It is also a lot more easily customizable than other gaming mice with the included software disc. Most of all, the smaller profile and slender design make this probably the best mouse for people with smaller hands.

I bought this mouse for our son. He was having problems with the cordless he had; this mouse really works well and doesn't miss. Very accurate and fast. The direct connection and the quality of Avatar makes the difference. Well recommended.

First I would like to state that I gave them 1 stars because they had good customer service and willing to help you out. The product deserve 1 star because it depends on how lucky you are if it actually works well.

I bought this product from Amazon and I had a defective old version of this mouse. The mouse would double click out of nowhere many times after 3 days of usage. I went to the NZXT office in El Monte and got it replaced and it worked fine, but only for 3 days. I went down there again and got it replace with the newer model of this mouse. It work fine for 1 week or so and it start double clicking again. So after 3 mouse I still got the problem.

I test the problem by installing the newest driver at their website and trying it on 3 other computers and the problem is still present.

The mouse feels very good for small hands and it has a very good design. It is very light and it has a good blue led glow to it.

I will update this review again, once I get in contact with them again about my mouse again....
