Thought Provoking Book,
This review is from: The Avatar Syndrome (Prequel to Headless World) (Paperback)
I will start out by saying that this book was not for the casual reader. It is intense and heavy reading. With that said, I want to mention that I thoroughly enjoyed it. While it had spiritual themes, it is not your mainline Christian book, but it really does make you think. It is thought-provoking and will stimulate and challenge you.

A fresh, intelligent and invigorating book which forces one to reevaluate their perspective of spirituality and science and the connection they undoubtedly hold. The author is an enlightened being and it is very evident in this masterpiece.

I loved the story of Anne. Many will be able to relate to her story, especially parents.Roy E. Klienwachter, author, "Your Life Was Never Meant to be a Struggle." Your Life Was Never Meant to be a Struggle

This is another excellent book from Stan Law. It chronicles the tale of the main character (Anne) and her family and friends from an awkward and troubled childhood to messiah of higher truth. The author brings an unparalleled knowledge and blend of ancient religious teachings, spirituality, and science, and he crafts them into a tale that is both a very thought provoking and invigorating read. This was the 2nd Stan Law book that I read, and I can not wait to start my 3rd, the Sequel to The Avatar Syndrome titled Headless World.

I reread this book, each time discovering new meanings in the journey that Anne endured under such difficult conditions. The depth of philosophy and wisdom in The Avatar Syndrome becomes fully apparent only after the second, perhaps even the third reading. It is an ideal novel for Book Clubs as it yields an endless stream of subjects for discussion.
