I have used this for 8 months and my face has less redness and is not irritated. I use the night cream because I don't need the extra chemicals from the sunscreen. It has reduced the irritation I had using other moisturizers like Lubriderm and Neutrogena. I don't even wear make-up. I had just about given up on "sensitive skin" moisturizers when I found this. I felt relief on the very first application. It took a week or so before I noticed a difference in the redness. I have used metrogel for years and this seems to help along with Prosacea, an over the counter product.

I am very happy with this cream. My rosecea was so bad, I had the veins in my cheeks, chin and nose lasered about a year ago. After using this cream for about a month,my skin looks really normal for the first time in a long, long time. I am in my late 50's and would use this cream even if I did not have a skin problem. It works for me!

I love the Ultra Calming line and although not available anymore in stores near me, I buy online because it is so great. Their foaming cleanser is also fantastic.
