Our baby had eczema and we used steroid cream for a little while. It didn't help much. Then we tried this and it really is amazing - our baby has not had any problems with eczema after using the Aveeno Eczema cream. Can't even tell our baby has eczema anymore. We couldn't believe that something without steroids and is over the counter could work so well. We know of other babies for whom this worked better than prescription drugs. I agree - it would be a real shame if Aveeno did not make this anymore. This is a fantastic product.

Johnson and Johnson changed the name from "Eczema care" to "Advanced care", but it is still exactly the same cream. The reason people say they cannot find it is because it is NOT with the other Aveeno Cremes. The seem to always put it with the Hydrocortizone anti-itch cremes and Eczema cremes. I believe they do this intentionally because of all the people with eczema who love it.

I have two girls who both have eczema. The lotion my doctor told me to use made my youngest cry and did not seem to do much other than make them greesy. One day while looking at the Nationl Eczema Associations website I saw that they recommended this lotion and the body wash that goes with it. So I thought I would try it. It was like magic! No more steriod creams or anything else that is harsh. I wash both girls in the body was and apply the lotion every diaper change. And as long as I do so, you can not tell they have the ichy rash at all. I love this stuff!!!
