Bought this because I heard from a friend that it helps with babies eczema but unfortunately it's not helping our daughters - she still has the skin rash and constantly scratches. It's worth a shot if you have tried other things and those aren't working but it hasn't helped our 16 month old with eczema. I do however like that it's fragrant free and hypoallergenic.
