I have gone through many lotions through the years. I rate this product the best and will continue to buy it. It's more pricey than most other intense lotions, but well worth the money. It lasts 24 hours on my feet, but it only lasts through a couple hand washings with soap. It's almost fragrance free which is a big plus. Other lotions have actually made me cough from too much fragrance.

This is the best hand cream I've ever got! It's not greasy and it leaves your hand with a softness almost through the entire day. I haven't experienced the 24 hour lasting thing, but it is worth it anyway. I've already tried tons of different hand creams and I have a sensitive skin but with this cream there are no problems. My hand keeps smooth and nice to touch. And I have to mention "ThatPoshGirl"s comments about the film that it leaves in her hands, I've never had this problem. No film in my hands!

My hands are usually okay during the winter, but there will be a few days where they will become so chapped that they are bleeding within just a few hours. This is painful but most lotions kind of sit on top of the skin, and I need to be typing or at a computer most of the day, so this is really unhelpful. Aveeno's hand lotion sinks right in and won't even make your palms sticky. Your palms will be very soft without leaving residue everywhere. I love this stuff! I only wish the tube were slightly smaller to put into a purse, but that's okay.A little bit of the lotion is all you need. Right after smoothing it on, my hands are happy again, and I don't have to feel as self-conscious about them.

I am a college girl and began working as a cashier last year to pay for my gas. Within the first month of working my hands went from being soft, feminine and well..NORMAL...to cracked, dusty looking and just ugly. They were prone to stinging and itching as well. I started buying up reasonably priced hand lotions and none of them worked. They were always oily, smelly, non-effective, or well...OILY! I had seen this Aveeno hand lotion but always shied away because of the price. It's pretty expensive for so little. I finally did give in and buy a bottle and wow...a year later and I'm still buying it. It works sooo well. The lotion is creamy but not slimy, non-scented and stays on even after I give my hands a wash. It doesn't take forever to absorb into your skin either. Oh and it doesn't take more than a dime sized drop. I love it. When my elbows or knees feel a bit dry I rub it on them as well. Heck I even use it on my jawline sometimes during the winter. My nails seem to be stronger after using it all this time to.

I ADORE this product but only gave it 4 stars because I don't think it lasts 24 hours through hand washes. It absorbs instantly and you don't need very much. It has NO scent (so my hubby can use it too- and no one will know!) and makes Me feel Indulgent when I use it! It does last a LOT longer than any other hand/body lotions(including other Aveeno products)I've ever used and I must say, It's my favorite! I'd give it 5 stars for that alone but I wanted to make sure people were not really expecting it to last through hand washings.

I have a job that takes me outside and back in during all sorts of weather (which is extreme cold where I am). My hands really take it tough. This product is the only thing that keep my hands from cracking and bleeding. Aveeno says it lasts through hand washing and it does to some degree where I've never used another moisturizer that did that. I apply it all day and keep it in my car, by my couch, my bed, etc. It is a lifesaver.

This is a great hand cream, probably my favorite. It leaves hands supple and not greasy. It lasts through the work day even if you wash your hands often, but definitely not 24 hours. This is a must for winter.

This is one cream that doesn't burn when I put it on very dry skin, and really improves the condition of my hands. I can still feel it even after washing several times a day. Would definitely buy again.

I had problem of having severe dry skin in the hand, when it's exposed to severe cold weather. I tried all type of dry skin lotions but.... Finally I was recommended Aveeno by the Dermatologist. With in a week all the dry skin faded away and it retained the natural complexion. Seems bit expensive when compared to regular creams, but defintely worth the money. Also it weighs only 3.5oz(allowed in the carry-on baggage), it's a good travel companion especially in the air trips.

This lotion is a life saver! My hands get very dry after handwashing, and most other lotions I've bought are either too greasy/oily, have too much perfume, only moisturize for an hour or so, or doesn't absorb into the skin. The Aveeno hand cream is the complete opposite...my hands soak it up like water and the after-effect is just extremely soft, relieved hands. And yes, your hands are still a bit moisturized after handwashing.
