Directions
Apply as needed. Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily.

This is an excellent moisturizing cream. I prefer the version that is non-mentholated but the menthol in this cream is very light and so it isn't really an issue. If you have very dry skin this is definitely a cream you should try.
