Next to useless. Place you bike in the rack and then try to remove it and because the rack is on wheels it just roles backwards with your bike. I give it credit for supporting the bike, but their are better racks on Amazon.

Once I tighten all the screws and adjustments, the stand no longer is level and does not sit on the floor well. Then when I place the bike into it, it is not really big or strong enough to hold the bike well, and the fixed wire triangle bends sideways. It might work for small kid bikes. I am not sure the purpose of the wheels on the bike stand. That seems to cause more frustration than help.

You better have a small/lightweight bike for this stand. My bike keeps falling over.

I agree with the other reviewers. This stand when fully tightened down does not lay level! Therefore, to keep all four rollers on the ground some of the screws and nuts need to be loose; which causes the stand to fall apart constantly or shift from optimal width. The triangle hoops are quite flimsy and put too much pressure on the spokes. Not a good product. I cannot rate it one star because has held my bike up occasionally, but the bike falls over more than it stays standing.

as long as you keep it as tight as it can you your spokes will be safe

This product is a complete waste of money. It is neither large enough or strong enough to do what it is supposed to do- i.e., hold up a bicycle. The bike just falls over, or bends the flimsy metal. complete waste of time, designed by someone who did not understand what they were doing and certainly had never used a bike!

easy to assemble -no instructions included or needed. there are better stands but not at this price and it gets the job done easily

The design of this stand puts the full weight of the bike against the spokes, which will put the wheel out of true over time. It's also not very stable, and the wheels are a lousy idea because the bike can fall over awkwardly by rolling on the floor. Since all bikes already have wheels, it's hard to imagine what the designer was thinking. I'm returning this and buying:
