I use these tubes for my giant cypress road bike. had one bad but they have been working fine otherwise .

I use this tube for light mountain biking - mostly state park-type trail riding. Fine so long as there aren't too many rocks or thorns. Saves space over carrying a thorn-resistant tube. One tube out of five was bad; but for the price and with prime shipping, I still save money over having to drive to a distant bike supply store for this size tube.

I bought this for the tires on my mongoose cruiser from walmart...they are great...fit perfect...no problems.

I had to replace my tube with this one about 6 months ago. It went pretty smoothly. I haven't noticed any leaks or anything else unusual with it afterwards. It works pretty well. Good value for what you get.

I have a hybrid Specialized Cross Trails with 700x45 tires. When I got the Avenir tube I inflated it a bit (not inside the tire) and left it a few days to see if it leaked (deflated). It didn't. I then installed it on the bike (inside the tire :) )and rode about ten miles. It has been three days since that ride and no loss of air.
It fits my 700x45 tire, the valve seems good quality and properly attached to the tube, and it holds air. No problems.

I bought 2 of these tubes and installed them both at the same time. One of them blew out a couple days later and when I patched it it blew out almost immediately a inch away from the first one. It was then I noticed they were both on a seam. I patched it again and as I was taking it to the bike it blew out AGAIN. This one was also on the seam. I was careful each time to check both the inside of the tire and the wheel to make sure there was nothing there that was causing the issue and I also only inflated it to the middle of the recommended pressure. I understand that there are always a few bad ones in a batch but the problem here was that the small savings didn't make up for the hassle. I ended up going to my local bike shop.

I received this item in a timely manner, and was pleased with that. Unforetunately, after putting the tire on my bike, it lasted about a week and then went flat. I gave three stars because this is the second tube to which this has happened (both inner tubes were from different sources), so I have reason to believe the fault may be in the outer tire. Still, I can't be happy when an inner tube only lasts a week, regardless of the cause.

Pros: did the job, I have been using it almost everyday to ride to class for about a month now.

Got a flat on my way to work this morning and tried to put this BRAND NEW tube on my bike -- except the tube was shipped with a big, fat hole next to the valve. Super-classy, Avenir.

This was a complete waste of money. The valve stem snapped right off of the tube the very first time I pumped this tire up. The valve itself seemed a fraction of an inch too wide for a standard pump, as it was not even easy to pull the valve stem off of the pump after it broke off.
