Great value and very sturdy..

Once we got moving our little guy really seemed to enjoy the ride, the only time he got fussy was when I stopped to let some of our group catch up.

I'm currently looking for an adaptor so it will attach more like the Burley, Instep or Schwinn.

I bought this product when it was half it's suggested price and got a fantastic deal. This trailer is very spacious, even my 6 year old daughter can fit in it with extra head room (the most common place where these trailers get too tight). The trailer attaches easily to my road bike via a clamp and I haven't had any installation issues (which also commonly appear with bike trailers). The material is strong and looks solid, especially when compared with cheap InStep models. (I would say that the quality and overall look are more similar to the Burley trailers.) The trailer can be made into a stroller, though I've never tried to do so. This is my first trailer and I'm very happy with it.

after hours of scouring amazon for the proper trailer for my child, i finally opted for the avenir. it took just days for it to get her, minutes to put together, and seconds to get it hitched on my bike. the way it goes on a bike is incredibly accessible and practical; this thing could easily latch on to anything. I had planned on replacing the tubes with thick tubes and liners when i got the product, so the fact that one of the tubes had a big fat hole in it when i recieved it in the mail made no real difference in my oppinion of the product. if you get wheeled device that is for a child, you want the tires to take a few thorns and spikes. Very spacious, built for two, and extremely roomy for one. the fire point harness has been tested and works great. lets just say i turned a corner a little to sharp and my sons never even cried. he just dangled in the air with a smile on his face because he thought it was fun. maybe all 2 year olds think trailers flipping over is a fun experience but i like to think it had something to do with him not hitting his head on anything...iono. anyways, i have been using this trailer daily for a little over two months know and am very pleased with its performance, it completely covers up, has storage in the back that is roomy enough for $100 worth of groceries, is sturdy so a child sits up right at a slight, comfortable angle, has bug mesh in the front that lets nothing get in, like mud flying out of your tire, AND covers up perfectly if it starts raining. add some extra reflective material and at least 5 lights for night riding and you will be a happy pully. hope you enjoy this trailer as much as i do!!!

We use this as a bike trailer and stroller. Also makes a great beach cart. I load it up with our picnic/beach stuff inside the bed of our truck. Then take everything in one trip. Very lite for me(mom)to maneuver.
P.S may not make a good stroller for use in crowds as the hitch sticks out a bit. Maybe a flag on the hitch would work so you don't ram into any shins.

If you're bothering to read this far down you're probably taking your trailer research very seriously. Good for you, I did the same thing. I wasn't about to drop that much cash on something my wife and I would likely use a few times a year. Ultimately we went with the Avenir (got a great deal through an outdoor store on closeout), and are very happy with it. We haven't used it in stroller mode yet but as a bike trailer it's great. In fact, things went so well using it I'm optimistic that we'll get more use out of than I originally thought.

The first time we used the trailer was for Bike the Drive in Chicago. Imagine getting a 13-month-old out of bed at 4:50 AM to go for a 30 mile bike ride. Not ideal under any circumstances, but the possibility of him not liking the trailer had me very nervous about the entire endeavor. Thankfully the trailer is quick to set up and attach to a bike, and it clamps on to the rear of the frame on the non-drive side. We had it broken completely down to store in the garage, and it pops up and together in seconds. It's quick but it feels very sturdy too, which is comforting.

Once we got moving our little guy really seemed to enjoy the ride, the only time he got fussy was when I stopped to let some of our group catch up. There's plenty of room for some snacks and toys in the seat with him, and as long as we were moving he was happy. There's also a small storage area between the seat-back and back of the trailer that had enough room for our diaper bag without impeding on his space in the seat. Space-wise this has plenty of room.

It wasn't easy riding with an extra 25+ pounds, but the ride quality was surprisingly smooth.

I like this trailer to haul my two daughters, 2 1/2 and 8 months. I tow them behind my bike and my wife likes to use it as a stroller and take them on walks. If both my kids were the the sames size (2 1/2 or older) this trailer would be quite cramped for two children. This trailer is very light weight and easy to collapse for storage. If I had to change one this about this product I would put a pneumatic tire on the front for the stroller instead of the plastic one. Overall I would not hesitate to purchase this product again.
